Her leadership service has included major organizations such as Fort Worth YMCA and Big Brothers Big Sisters Lone Star.
Jennifer holds a Bachelor’s degree in Outdoor Education with an Emphasis in Recreation and Leisure Services Management. Her passion for the non-profit field was inspired in college where she began working at the YMCA Family Camp in Northern Minnesota. It was there she found her niche to teach and encourage others.
In 1997, Jennifer relocated to Texas and continued her career with YMCA overseeing the Outdoor Education Program where she formed the day camp at Camp Carter YMCA. During her tenure at the YMCA she gained her experience as a challenge course and teambuilding facilitator. This experience would lead her to become the Training and Events Director with Big Brothers Big Sisters where she trained mentors “Bigs” over the next 12 years.
In 2016 Jennifer was called to serve at The Harvest House in Burleson as the Executive Director. She is enjoying working at Harvest House because she loves the mission and impact they have in Johnson County.

Jennifer loves living in Burleson where she is a member at Reece Prairie Baptist Church. She is also the secretary for the Burleson Chamber of Commerce Diplomats and Old Town Business Association.
