Heat for the Holidays
Imagine the cold weather coming and you are worried about how you will keep you and your children warm, because when it comes down to it, you have to choose between paying the electric bill, rent or food. These are tough decisions that many in our community will be facing in the coming months. This Christmas season, would you consider a different kind of gift ? The gift of heat. By donating to Harvest House’s utility fund, we are able to help families who have urgent need to keep their electricity* on. At Harvest House we help keep food in their pantry, clothes on their bodies and heat in their homes. A donation of $50 will help pay a 1/4 of their bill, $100 pays half and up to $200 will pay their full bill.
